Essel Project Engineer II in Anaheim, California

Are you an experienced Project Engineer looking for a new opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to exciting construction projects? Look no further!

Essel is seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer II to join our team. As a Project Engineer II, you will play a critical role in assisting with the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with project planning, including creating project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

  • Managing project documentation, including drawing revisions, RFIs, change orders, and submittals

  • Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to the project team and client

  • Conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • PMP certification is a plus
