Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related technical field

• 5+ years programing in C++/C# within an Agile development environment

• Experience working with the OSI model – with focus on layer 3 and above

• Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols

• Experience working with IP Multicast technologies. Different transport protocols suited for multicast

• Experience with networking technologies including MPLS, multicast, load balancing, switching and routing technologies

• Experience with Kubernetes, container based dev, Linux, API development

• Background in tools deployment and support, particularly in Enterprise environments.

• Design a multicast network solution that will function in existing Type 2 and new K8S environment.

• Develop specifications, user guides, installation instruction, troubleshooting procedures and training materials as needed
