Job Summary

• This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, Analyse, Test and Triage and maintenance of complex software systems that meet specific business needs or technical requirements. The role works at the intersection of software development, system architecture, and project management to ensure the successful development and deployment of software solutions that address a wide range of challenges and requirements. The role optimizes software systems for enhanced performance, scalability, and resource efficiency to deliver an optimal end-user experience.

Responsibilities

1. Good to have an engineer who has already worked in Dune firmware. Skill : C++, python.

2. Shall learn and work with firmware connectivity team - (Registration, Signalling, CDM framework, AUI, Telemetry framework, IPP, Websockets, UDWs, RTP, Wifi/ Ethernet, Security).

3. Can make changes to firmware and can create a Test firmware

4. Support in firmware automation tests.

5. Shall own the triage from firmware. And work with product team.

6. Can work with framework components leads in dune.

7. Can work with firmware platforms such as SoL, Jedi etc.

8. Can create or use the existing tools for triage or easier reproduction of bugs.

Education & Experience Recommended

1. To help product team to reduce the number of blockers in release.

2. Guide product teams.

3. Propose process improvements.

4. Identify error prone areas and involve the development team to get it fixed.

5. Work with architects for improving firmware

6. Contribute in building triage tools.

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in FW, Software, cloud systems engineering, computer programming language, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
