Job Description Title: Lead Engineer (Hybrid)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer who possesses expertise in both classical and modern machine learning algorithms, along with a solid foundation in software engineering principles. In our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to address complex problems and enhance our products/services. This role requires a understanding of various machine learning techniques, a passion for innovation, and the ability to rapidly prototype.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and implement robust machine learning models and algorithms to solve challenging problems in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, etc.

• Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning techniques based on the specific requirements of each project.

• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and high-performance codebase for deploying machine learning models into production systems.

• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iteratively improve model performance through techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and model optimization.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning research and incorporate relevant techniques into our solutions to ensure competitiveness and innovation.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of machine learning systems through rigorous testing and continuous monitoring.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team to foster their growth and development in machine learning and software engineering .

Basic Qualification

B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Computer Science/ECE/Avionics/Aeronautical,

Key Skills:

• Overall 4+ yrs of experience in Machine Learning & software engineering.Understanding of classical and modern machine learning techniques

• Understanding or worked in any one of the AI modalities: NLP or Computer Vision

• Worked on any one of the frameworks: PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Ability to build algorithms/architectures from ground up using any of the framework

• Understanding of OOPs concepts

• Experience in Linux based operating systems

• Basic understanding of full stack development with any choice of technology stack

• Basic understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms

• Experience in version control software, Git
