As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. A Privileged Access Management (PAM) Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and understanding the organization's privileged access requirements. They collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes related to privileged accounts, access controls, and security policies. Additionally, they assess existing PAM solutions, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance security measures. The role involves working closely with IT teams to implement and configure PAM solutions, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for translating business needs into effective PAM strategies

Required Technical and Professional Experience

Experience Range – 5+ Years.

Cybersecurity Knowledge: A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, especially related to privileged access management, is crucial. Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards is beneficial.

  1. Business Analysis: Proficient in business analysis techniques to gather, document, and analyze requirements. This includes process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and creating detailed documentation.

  2. Privileged Access Management (PAM) Expertise: In-depth knowledge of PAM solutions, including experience with various tools and technologies such as CyberArk, Beyond Trust, or similar platforms.

  3. Risk Management: Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with privileged access, considering potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

  4. Communication Skills: Effective communication is key for collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. This includes presenting findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly and concisely.

  5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to effectively communicate with technical teams and understand implementation requirements.

  6. Compliance and Regulations : Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST) to ensure PAM solutions align with legal and compliance obligations.

  7. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and troubleshoot PAM-related challenges.

  8. Project Management: Basic project management skills to coordinate PAM implementation projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

  9. Adaptability: Given the evolving nature of cybersecurity threats, the ability to stay updated on the latest PAM technologies and adapt to changing security landscapes is essential.

  10. Collaboration: A collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and bridge the gap between business and IT perspectives.

  11. Documentation Skills: Thorough documentation of processes, requirements, and solutions is vital for maintaining clarity and ensuring knowledge transfer within the organization.

These skills collectively enable a PAM Business Analyst to contribute effectively to enhancing the organization's security posture related to privileged access.
