As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking for experienced Business Analysts/Functional Consultants to manage and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement of SNOW for organization. The candidate will be responsible for understanding the business needs, facilitate the existing program and enhancing it to meet the needs of the business.

  • Manage and help deliver the Onboarding Program for ServiceNow

  • Manage the program and ensure global consistency for all regions

  • Responsible for the technical specification and onboarding customers to SNOW.

  • Continually enhance the program to meet the needs of the business.

  • Expertise level understanding of SNOW required.

  • Provide expertise on technical questions related to development on of SNOW

  • Deliver role-specific training for customers.

  • Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project

  • Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design

  • Provide follow-up coaching and support. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

  • Work closely with leadership to identify onboarding program needs and evaluate training effectiveness

  • Coach individuals and teams on sales techniques

  • Role play with individuals and teams to validate training impact

  • Provide support to the rest of the ServiceNow Enablement team

  • Continuously enhance instructional delivery and presentation skills

  • Maintain direct communication with other onboarding and training teams

  • Update and maintain project tracking documents and prioritize issues

  • Effectively manage internal relationships and work effectively across the business

  • Participate in growth of new methodologies, strategies, tools, training and processes

  • Flexible work environment.

Qualifications Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining short response and resolution times

  • A superb communicator, both written and verbally. The ability to effectively communicate the complex technical concepts.

  • Ability to work independently, use solid judgment and create “client-ready” deliverables.

  • Ability to select the right communication medium and methods for the audience and analyze the user experience to deliver the optimal support and properly manage expectations.

  • Proven ability to work in dynamic work environments with limited supervision to deliver results

  • Perform other tasks, roles and responsibilities

Primary skills: ServiceNow onboarding from any legacy tools (Remedy for ex.) ITSM, CSM, CSDM (services, service offerings, application service, technical service), strong communication & stakeholder mgmt.

Secondary skills: CMDB, ITBM, ITOM etc.
