About this role

We are currently looking for Technical Project Coordinator to join our Aladdin Client Transformation team. The ideal candidate for the role will be a phenomenal teammate with good communication skills, curious, solution oriented and motivated to learn both technical and functional aspects of the alternative assets industry.

The focus of this role will be to work with our clients on improving their business performance which includes application adaptations, reports creation, support client with system usage and internal/external communication. Responsibilities include project planning, team leadership, risk management, budget oversight, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, superb communication skills.

Your Tasks:

• Understanding the client’s requirements and provide solutions

• Developing customized reports and dashboards (basic FrontScript (SAS-like) and SQL)

• Implementing and configuring system to match client needs (basic JavaScript, VB, SQL)

• Documentation and archiving of all work for future reference

• Support client in their day-to-day work

• Provide periodic updates to the team and client

Must have:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Organizational Sciences or related software engineering background

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• MS Office

• Problem-solving thinking

• Good interpersonal skills – exhibit integrity at all times

• Knowledge in SQL

Should have:

• A team player capable to work independently

• A ‘can do’ attitude – willingness to accept challenges

• Good time management and ability to multi-task

• Curiosity about the functional part of the product

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of standard reporting tools such as SSRS, Tableau, Power BI etc.

• Knowledge of C# or another object-oriented language

• Knowledge about the Finance industry

• Previous work experience will be positively considered
