As a temporary contractor, you’ll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manages most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

· Drive requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design.

· Act as a communication channel between technical and business facing teams. Drives escalation when necessary.

· Evaluate feasibility, complexity, and technical costs for implementation of solutions.

· This includes assisting in the creation of business cases for all capital spend relating to the analytics architecture

· Define functional and non-functional requirements, Document user stories and assist with prioritization

· Analyse requirements, write functional and technical specifications, development of reports The job holder may be instructed by their immediate superior to perform all tasks directly or indirectly related, additional, or supplementary to the scope of duties defined in this role profile.

Qualifications and Experience Required

● Minimum 5 years’ experience at multinational company in either IT or Finance areas with focus on analysis and business intelligence

● Demonstrable execution experience with the relevant technologies including MicroStrategy, SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, HDInsight’s, or similar in a global enterprise environment.

● Experience in project and solution delivery via Agile methodology

● Experience in development of Analytics Visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI, MicroStrategy)

● Fluent English, Great at working as part of a cohesive, integrated team

● Outstanding collaboration skills at all levels of the organization

● Demonstrated experience championing, designing, and implementing innovative solutions to problems.

● Attention to detail is key, inquisitive & questioning nature

● Quick learner who exhibits resiliency and tenacity in the face of challenge
