What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst, Project Management ( Finance ) is responsible for supporting the Facility Security & Technology team with fiscal responsibility. They will serve a vital role in supporting the account reconciliation of security technology inventory, M&R reporting, Purchase order reconciliation and reconciling P&Ls. Additionally, they will provide various reports on spend, with an analysis for areas of improvement for the business.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining, and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans, using the Open Door Policy, and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Job Description:

Manages the reconciliation of multi-million-dollar accounts, tracking expenditures and budgets, providing informational presentations, managing stakeholder expectations, holding self-accountable for project delivery, and developing performance reports. Provides and supports financial planning and implementation by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, preparing expenditure question responses, recognizing, and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Supports assigned projects by understanding business needs, assisting in the development of solutions, adhering to prioritization and project milestones, validating results, and communicating with project stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$110,000.00
