Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Pay Rate : $22/hr (Weekly Pay)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Location: 1230 5th St Berkeley CA 94710

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and professional customer support via phone and email through our ticketing system

• Manage a high volume of support requests daily, ensuring that our customers receive the best solutions possible

• Maintain precise and accurate handling of tickets and customer data

• Work independently and within a collaborative team environment to identify product or service issues

• Stay informed about product and policy changes relevant to product support

• Flexible work availability to accommodate business needs, including weekends during peak season
