Summary of Position:

Reporting to the Dean of Student Life, The Associate Dean -- Student Support and Community Standards is primarily responsible for administering and implementing the University's student conduct system, serving as a Title IX Deputy, and collaborating with Housing and Residence Life and other campus partners to provide leadership and coordination of student case management. The responsibilities include oversight of the Office of Student Conduct, supervision of the Director and Assistant Director of Student Conduct, coordination of student case management, building and maintaining effective relationships with on and off-campus stakeholders, upholding Michigan and Federal law and Ferris State University policy and practices, responding to student inquiry and emergencies, facilitating the Behavior Review Team, serving as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator, assisting with Title IX training and educational activities, serving on University committees and task forces and assisting with the leadership of areas that make-up Student Life.
