Key responsibilities and authority

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Full Stack Documentum Developer to join our Delivery Team. As a key contributor, you will develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs and elevate user experiences. As a Full Stack Developer focused on OpenText Documentum, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our content management solutions. You will be involved in the entire software development life cycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our Documentum applications.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both front-end and back-end components of our Documentum applications.

• Work with the development team to ideate software solutions, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic and functionality.

• Develop and integrate Documentum D2 configurations and xCP applications.

• Implement security and data protection solutions.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

• Support the continuous improvement of our development practices and platform architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in software development, programming languages, and Documentum platform updates.

Key requirements

Outline the essential competencies and characteristics that candidates must demonstrate to contribute to our diverse, inclusive culture and succeed in the role. These may include:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Documentum Developer or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of OpenText Documentum API, D2, xCP, and related technologies.

• Hands on experience supporting or Developing Rest services using either Java/Spring Boot

• Relevant experience with API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, YAML, and Swagger

• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks).

• Proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., Java, Python) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

• Experience developing within agile methodology using CI/CD pipeline.

• Knowledge in Git, BitBucket, Jenkins automation

• Knowledge of Documentum migration to Azure/AWS

• Knowledge of Terraform scripting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Education/ Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Good English Level (B2 or above), not necessary the certification.

Working conditions
