What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will play a key role that will drive ROI-focused marketing activities in support of growth objectives and will be responsible for execution of nVent’s digital media strategy for the Schroff brand by:

  • Be accountable to develop and implement with the global team the web strategy and migration

  • Define and implement the overall SEO strategy for Schroff in collaboration with the Global Digital Manager

  • Collaborate with Platform Marketing and MarCom managers to optimize online engagement of the branded websites

  • Develop and establish seamless digital customer experience throughout the complete configure-price-quote and design automation cycle

  • Develop and optimize online engagement of websites and report monthly web statistics

  • Develop and maintain AI-based search configuration and optimization

  • Guide and support other brands in their SEO, analytics, website and web shop developments

  • Collaborate with / educate campaign specialists to develop SEO / SEM activities and related reporting & distribute to defined business leaders

  • Collaborate with campaign specialists to execute digital campaigns

  • Standardize processes to manage leads (lead generation, lead nurturing, reporting)

  • Be accountable for analytics along the complete digital customer journey

  • Support data quality in CMS/PIM/DAM and develop/establish lean content maintenance processes

  • Develop and maintain detailed user documentation for business processes and related applications, conduct internal and external user training and provide support.

  • Engage with IT business analysts, Marketing, and other functions as required for process optimization and new platform selection and migration.

  • Support marketing leaders with additional duties as required and serve as Digital ambassador.

  • Contribute to agile digitalization projects

  • May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Management or equivalent experience strongly preferred

  • 3+ year’s marketing experience in a digital environment working in a matrixed organization or agency required

  • Knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, and e-commerce processes

  • Demonstrated Project Management skills, ideally Agile Project Management experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Current knowledge of e-commerce trends for B2B and B2C organizations

  • Knowledge and experience working with AI Search Software (Coveo)

  • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau)

  • Skills to recognize strategic implications of issues and convert them into proposals and solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to get the point across clearly and concisely and present technical information in easily understood terms

  • Basic Knowledge and experience working with CMS, PIM, and DAM

  • Strong process development and documentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate with several different people and departments in multiple time zones

  • Ability to stay current on new technologies and emerging trends in the digital space

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external customer

  • Ability to work energetically, positively, and tenaciously with minimal supervision
