Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Business Analyst (BA) Manager, you will be responsible for working with multiple business stakeholders and helping analyze business operations to align individual business functions with organizational goals. This will include management of the team’s inventory (Example: New applications, Innovative work solutions, etc..), including working with leadership on prioritization and expectations on each work effort. You will also manage the BA team members and their multiple projects to ensure standard defined process is performed. You will ensure the BA will understand current state, determine problem areas, analyze data and develop recommended solution to address problem statement and define project scope.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and communicate continuously with other departments to share information, best practices, systems issues, process solutions, and training need

  • Proactively review and provide data analysis and financial impact assessments

  • Establish and review internal controls to ensure goals, objectives, standards, and benchmarks for the department are met or exceeded

  • Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department

  • Promote continuous improvement and best practice in processes and performance for improving department functions

  • Build long-term relationships between multiple business partners to drive engagement in revenue cycle business strategy

  • Effectively facilitate idea generation and accurately identify assumptions and constraints

  • Ensure resource management is in alignment with project requirements and scope

  • Maintenance and support of the Revenue cycle systems including all dataflow points to the various supporting systems

  • Promote Lean/Six Sigma mythology

  • Coordinate with Information Technology and Quality Assurance departments for product enhancement and deployment efforts

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements.

  • Minimum three years’ experience in related area preferred with two of these years being healthcare management experience or completion of the Parallon Manager Trainee Program.

  • Certificate/License Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Preferred
