We are looking for Receptionist for Medtronic Romania. Your responsibilities will include complex and diverse administrative tasks, management of the reception and any other related tasks. You will coordinate office procedures and other tasks where relevant, liaising with facility and management to ensure safe and comfortable office environment. You will be working in dynamic international environment. You will be required to attend Medtronic office 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).

A Day in the Life

• Welcoming and looking after designated office visitors in a friendly manner and providing general support to visitors and answering calls from the main switchboard and maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and post mail.

• Providing general administrative support including preparation of communication, maintenance of schedules, assistance with onsite meetings when required.

• Liaising with vendor creation and raising payment requisitions for third party suppliers, clients, and other staff for office related purchases.

• Liaising with facilities management office to ensure safe and comfortable office environment where required.

• Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow.

• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.

• Working closely with other Business Support Coordinators across the region and collaborating on projects as and when required.

Must Haves

• Proficient Romanian language knowledge

• Fluent English language written and verbal knowledge

• University degree (preferred Administration, Business management or similar)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Positive contribution and pro-active approach to new and changing situations

• Well-developed organizational skills & attention to details

• Ability to work in a team to achieve company goals

• Confident in dealing with senior level staff and ability to communicate in a professional manner

Nice to Haves

• 2 years’ Work experience in administration in a dynamic work environment

• Excellent organizational skills: attention to detail, ability to plan and prioritize

• The ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines

• An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion

• Honesty and reliability
