Job Description

The Quality and Safety team within the Health Compliance Organization is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to facilitate and manage the Internal Complaint Handling process as part of our Quality Management System. In this role you will communicate and work with all levels of management, collaborate effectively with cross-functional organizations and solution teams to investigate, manage and drive documentation of formal complaints, assist solution teams with formal communication of an issue to the client base, consult/assist with root cause analysis, preventative actions, and client follow-up, and define and develop agendas for quality-related meetings and participate as necessary.
