About the role:

Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights.

  • Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.

  • Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods when working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors as an expert.

  • Engage in Hardware, Supplies and Solutions tracking, monitoring actuals, Forecast, Quota and transparent information flow to decision-makers to ensure appropriate actions can be taken.

  • Lead the objective key results and KPIs tracking aspects of the multi-year and multi-million-dollar growth plan of the iMPS business.

  • Collaborate from a business perspective in building a comprehensive channel performance model. You will support the Business Intelligence team to ensure that this includes the key information for decision making.

  • Emphasize revenue maximization, cost reduction, margin improvement of iMPS areas through cross-functional leadership and coordination with other global channel teams, channel Market leads, Printing Business Units & Finance teams.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Typically 6-10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Printing industry.

  • Proven track record of Business management roles in Printing vendor, reseller or distributor.

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

  • Superior teamwork skills

  • Excellent project management skills.
