_Division Profile:_

Corporate and Institutional Solutions (C&IS) is a division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management comprised of Corporate & Digital Solutions, Morgan Stanley @ Work, Virtual Client Solutions, Reinvestment, and Strategic Client Management. The overall goal and vision of C&IS is to create a corporate experience and a consistent corporate employee (“participant”) experience and to engage them throughout their financial life journey that will ultimately lead to a furthering and deepening of their Morgan Stanley Wealth Management relationships.

_Position Summary:_

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Morgan Stanley at Work Product team, a group focused on defining and driving the equity, financial wellness, retirement and nonqualified deferred compensation platform experiences for plan sponsors and participants.

_Key Responsibilities:_

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

· Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including technology, UX, marketing, risk, legal & compliance, to develop and launch high-quality experiences that meet the needs of our plan sponsors and participants.

· Support the development and launch of high-quality experiences that meet the needs of our plan sponsors and participants.

· Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clear, concise, and actionable.

· Define acceptance criteria and work closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are delivered on time and within scope.

· Analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and new features.

· Ensure timely and accurate user stories which are clear, concise, and actionable.

· Support definition of acceptance criteria and work closely with the development team to ensure that user stories are delivered on time and within scope.

· Collaborate with UI/UX team to develop information/interaction architecture, user flows, wireframes, and visual design comps.

· Communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders on a regular basis.

· Analyze product performance and customer feedback to provide data-driven decisions about product improvements and new features to leadership.

· A minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the financial services industry.

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

_Required Skills:_

· Proven track record of delivering successful digital products on time and within scope.

· Experience working in an Agile development environment.

· Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
