As an Oracle Manufacturing Consultant at Emerson, you will play a vital role in the support of Oracle Manufacturing modules. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Resolve customer problems, design solutions, and successfully implement Oracle Manufacturing modules.

  • Carrying out Production support in Oracle Manufacturing Modules for Global Instance for Emerson Automation Solutions

  • Work closely with different teams to ensure the seamless integration of new systems with the existing infrastructure.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers post-implementation

  • Stay informed about current trends in the industry and continuously improve our offerings.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Expertise in WIP, BOM, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, Advanced Product Catalogue (APC) , Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Costing, Planning (MRP) , e-Kanban, PIM modules

  • ASCP knowledge will be preferred

  • 10+ years’ experience with Oracle ERP, at least 8+ years of experience with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite in a Global Manufacturing environment

  • Wider Experience in month end and Year end activities ( costing etc ) for Inventory period Closing

  • Working knowledge of Oracle Configurations/setups for R12 E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces

  • Expert knowledge of Manufacturing transaction flow and Business processes

  • Should have understanding on Business Scenario with Star Parts, Model Configuration, ATO, CTO, PTO

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication with Business on issues and understanding of business solution

  • Self-Motivated / Team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Must be flexible, adaptable and have ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment

  • Must be open to work in shifts

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully completing end-to-end implementation projects or Support experience

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
