Description

We are seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves conducting qualitative research, creating wireframes and mockups, and project management for our digital platform. This is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative research through interviews with each department and leaders to gather requirements for their specific teams

• Create mockups and storyboards to visualize what the platform will look like

• Develop detailed wireframes using your own creative cloud license or expense to us

• Review the feasibility of all requests and consolidate where necessary

• Manage the project from research phase through to delivery, ensuring continuity

• Build an intranet from scratch, considering open-source solutions and SharePoint as potential hosting platforms

• Use AB Testing and other User Experience Research methods to optimize the platform

• Leverage your skills in digital technology and digital project management to drive the project forward

• Conduct interviews as part of the research process and to gather requirements for specific teams

• Ensure the platform is digitally accessible and provides a positive digital customer experience.

Requirements • Must have a strong background in User Experience Research (UX Research)

• Proficiency in AB Testing is required

• Experience in creating detailed wireframes, fidelity wireframes, and mockups

• Should have strong skills in digital accessibility and digital customer experiences

• Ability to work on digital platforms and manage digital projects

• Must have knowledge of digital technology

• Experience in conducting interviews and qualitative research methods

• Proficiency in qualitative analysis is required

• Should be familiar with project management procedures

• Knowledge of using intranet is necessary

• Must be able to create UI mockups, screen mockups, and visual mockups
