With a focus on empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and inclusion in the community, Ohio Valley Goodwill has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area for over 100 years. *[Job Description: [We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Workforce Development to lead our efforts in creating and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the skills and employability of our workforce.   • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development programs and initiatives to support the career advancement and economic mobility of individuals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify workforce development priorities and opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of workforce development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with employers, educational institutions, government agencies, and community organizations to create pathways to employment and career advancement for individuals.
  • Oversee the development and management of budgets, grants, and contracts related to workforce development initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact and utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce development, and incorporate innovative approaches into program design and delivery.

[Requirements:]{lang="en-ca"}

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive managerial experience in workforce development, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and scaling new initiatives to address workforce development challenges.
