Job Description:

*On-call rotation to support the applications as needed Job Description: - Engage as apart of an agile squad - Help maintain applications across Capital Markets and Treasury management - Asses application vulnerabilities and issues - Responsible for continuous improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting/monitoring systems - Connect applications with other source systems - Conduct triage work and light Java solving - Understand customer impact and overall urgency of tickets vs tickets - Must understand the SDLC, can read Java, write Java, deploy code - Solve problems, be self motivated, independent learner - Understand the larger ecosystem of problems/vulnerabilities in an environment Must Haves: -Previous Production support experience -HIS, IIS, Linux, Tomcat, Windows, AIX on Unix -Oracle, SQL, DB2 -SiteScope / DynaTrace / Splunk -ServiceNow -Java - Problem solver, self starter Nice to Have: - Confluence - FS/Banking industry experience
