Responsibilities Work with Sales Team to create and implement a comprehensive cold calling campaign Contact targeted business owners (Landlords) and related firms via telephone in order to solicit sales leads for company services; i.e. property management, parking management, security and/or other verticals Implement a variety of in person, telephone, mail, web based and social network based marketing campaigns to increase transient and monthly parking Schedule appointments so that SP+ has the opportunity to present their service offerings to the prospective client Responsible for running reports and collecting data related to marketing activities Explain products or services and pricing structure, if applicable, and answer questions from potential customers Obtain customer information such as name, address, business description, number of properties owned etc. Create and modify sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific clients Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from various sources Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Business / Marketing preferred Proficient with Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Self starter with a focus on prospecting Knowledge/Skill Requirements: Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and/or selling SP+ services. This includes a marketing strategy and understanding of the process for service implementation Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, including: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction Selling or Influencing Others - Convincing others to retain Standard and/or SP Plus or to otherwise change their minds or actions Tracking and Ap
