Topgolf Inventory Systems Product Analyst in Dallas, Texas

The TE F&B Inventory Systems Manager is responsible for maintenance of our Crunchtime Information Systems database, which controls the Topgolf food, beverage, and retail item costs. This role is responsible for training our Playmakers on the Crunchtime software products – Enterprise Manager and Net Chef. This Playmaker will act as the Crunchtime expert and will provide support to Playmakers of all levels, at the corporate offices as well as our Topgolf venues. The Playmaker is this role is also accountable for the successful implementation of this application at all our Topgolf venues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute Crunchtime database maintenance including, but not limited to adding new products and recipes, entering, and updating new and changed vendor information, managing vendor order guides, and setting up new locations and users in the system. (40% Time)

  • Act as a liaison between Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure all necessary database updates are completed on time for new policy or menu rollouts. (30% Time)

  • Work directly with internal Crunchtime Help Desk and Operations to field questions and support end users. (15% Time)

  • Formulate Topgolf standard Crunchtime training materials that will be kept up to date as new features are added and Topgolf SOP’s change (5% Time)

  • Work with Crunchtime team members to ensure that the Crunchtime system remains in sync with other integrated systems (Point of Sale, Accounting Systems) (5% Time)

  • Evaluate the new release versions of the software, request upgrades, and test all new features for implementation into Topgolf use of Crunchtime. (5% Time)

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology, business, finance or accounting (preferred).

  • Prior experience as a superuser or system administrator for a financial system. Certification and prior experience with Concur or Cadency would be a plus.

  • Prior experience working with suppliers to streamline processes for application users.

  • Financial solution design, testing, and implementation involvement.

  • Prior experience working in teams to accomplish common goals.

  • Experience with service desk tools – Jira, ServiceNow, etc.

  • Interface experience with enterprise accounting systems.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are needed to effect change and prioritize deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Must be able to collaborate with business peers on breaking down complex problems into achievable solutions, either by process enhancements or through innovative technology.

  • Prior successful track record in developing and maintaining relationships between IT and accounting teams.

  • Strong project management capabilities to drive and deliver projects, both small and large, to completion with the defined scope, budget, and requested timelines.

  • Ability to be a self-starter and dig in and learn new systems, from both the user and support level, financial software and reporting systems.

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, team members, and across other technology teams.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to adapt and adjust to quickly changing priorities to fulfill the needs of a rapidly growing organization.
