Amazon Sr. Business Development Mgr., Amazon Pay Balance in Delhi, India

Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to strategize, define 3YP vision, bring scalability through high impact technology-product integrations with pioneer technology partners/start-ups/enterprise clientele for Amazon pay gift cards. He/She will lead Business Development for Corp GC direct sales team pan India. He/she must be an effective communicator and negotiator working with our most important partners and corporate customers. He/she should have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values, PNL management and relationship management skills.

Key job responsibilities

As a mature Business Development manager, who is focused on driving sales and customer experiences for the gift cards category, you will be responsible for the following:

· Drive gift card sales through B2B channel viz. key corporate customers (companies with INR 500+cr turnover) by interacting with decision makers within these companies

· On-board new corporates for Amazon gift cards by providing solutions to their internal requirements, and successfully close complex contract negotiations

· Own and cultivate the business relationship with the key partners and corporate customers with a long term vision to make the Amazon gift cards their top choice for any gifting requirement or reward program

· Be accountable for driving, measuring, and reporting on key inputs and outputs in Salesforce.com and other reporting systems.

· Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers

· Lead complex projects/new product GTM implementation across various stakeholders spread across various business channels, Product, Program, Operations, etc

· Able to manage defined frequency reviews with clear inputs and actionables & understand long & short term impact.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional or military experience

  • Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • MBA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units

  • Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
