Pioneer Management Consulting Senior Recruiter in Denver, Colorado

Pioneer is seeking a Senior Recruiter to play a pivotal role in our continued growth. In this role, you’ll be a part of a fast-paced management consulting firm that helps clients solve complex business problems. You’ll be a culture ambassador for Pioneer, you’ll love making connections, expanding your professional network, and creating a best-in-class candidate experience. You will be instrumental in driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple teams, with a focus on candidates serving in the energy and utilities sector, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent. This role is slated to be a 6-month contract, with a possibility for extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for various positions within the organization.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract top talent. Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers and negotiate offer terms, including compensation.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, Workable.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape to provide insights to hiring teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience recruiting in the energy and utilities sector is strongly preferred.

  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage with passive candidates.

  • Proficiency with various recruiting tools, including ATS (we use Workable), and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Proactive communicator with a track record of providing an excellent candidate experience.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.

  • High level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Passionate about leading with humility, driving hard to do great work, while being connected to the team and things you love outside of work.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Location: Hybrid, can be based in either Denver or Minneapolis.

Benefits:

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $40-70/hour. This is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skillset and years and depth of experience. This may differ from location to location. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded at the Company’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions.
