As the Field Marketing Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our marketing efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field marketers. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales. You will work closely with the Management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

We are looking for a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in field marketing, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. You must be able to effectively motivate team members, and consistently meet targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• 1 Year Minimum Door 2 Door experience

• Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
