ManpowerGroup Contact Center Representative Portuguese/French in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Our client, a service solutions company is seeking a customer service specialists to join their team. As a customer service specialist you will be part of supporting the emergency response team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, ability to stay calm in stressful situations and detail oriented which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contact Center Representative

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $17-20

What’s the Job?

  • Answer incoming emergency calls and address any concerns

  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs and issues

  • Provide helpful solutions to their needs

What’s Needed?

  • HS Diploma or equivalent

  • Clear communication skills

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and compassion

  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or French preferred

What’s in it for me?

  • Temp to perm opportunity with 90 days depending on experience

  • Multiple shifts available
