…What will you contribute?
Working as part of the Europe region team, and reporting to the Managing Director of the region, this role is the key interface for the Sales business. Responsible for P&L ownership, the task involves working with the management team to develop, build and growth the revenue throughout the region.
Finastra is looking for a Regional Sales Manager CEE – Banking , based in Frankfurt.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Managing a Sales team across CEE to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets
Manage forecasting of deals & resources needed to close and win new business.
Generate leads and revenue through networking and various other prospecting techniques
also leveraging the inside sales organization.
- Team-up with other Finastra staff: pre-sales, professional services in order to build and lead
the winning team that will make you successful.
- Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect
organizations and move opportunities along our sales process.
- Responsible for achieving license revenue targets
Experience and skills:
Experience and success of leading and managing a high performing Sales team.
Clear understanding of the nuances and dynamics involved in selling Banking Software.
In-depth knowledge of Banking Software.
Direct and relevant sales management experience with enterprise software solutions at large,
Track record of consistently exceeding annual quota targets.
Willingness to travel up to and in excess of 50% of the time, both domestically and
internationally, based on business need.
Willingness and ability to work in a global team of professionals.
Proven ability to motivate and work with cross functional teams.
Extensive contacts within DACH (Clients and Partners).
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree is a plus.
Good spoken and written German and English
