Development: Lead design, development, maintenance, and implementation of scalable and efficient solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, contributing to seamless integration and optimal performance. Architectural Design: Lead the architectural decisions and design of systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, maintainability, and security. Contribute to the evaluation and recommendation of technologies and frameworks to meet business and product objectives. Technical Excellence: Set and implement coding standards and best practices within the engineering team. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code. Lead optimization and refactoring of code to address performance bottlenecks and improve system efficiency. Tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance. Innovation and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and advocate for improvements in processes and tools. Collaboration: Work closely with product leads and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver impactful features.
