As a Junior Business Analyst Apprentice, you'll play a crucial role in transforming operational and cost data into actionable insights that drive our services forward. Your analytical prowess and proficiency in AI-powered tools will be essential in shaping how we improve our customers experience.

Key activities:

  • Collect, clean and manipulate large datasets from various operational & financial sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity;

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, visualizations that effectively communicate key performance indicators to stakeholders;

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, extracting meaningful insights that that inform strategic decisions;

  • Make recommendations to optimize business processes, improve operational and financial performance, drive business growth;

  • Collaborate with delivery functions and stakeholders to gather datasets and enhance data collection, analysis and reporting capabilities.

Who you are?

  • Master degree student in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field.

  • Fluent in English, C1 level required.

  • Experience in data analysis.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and subsequent programming languages (Power Query Editor, M language, DAX).

  • Enthusiastic about learning and operating at the intersection of various functions within the company.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
