Job Description

The Executive Assistant will report to the Site Leader in France and the ISG FRANCE General Manager. This position will play a meaningful role in the Site Committee team, helping the team to execute on strategic priorities consistently and with high quality.

The Executive Assistant role is designed to bring efficiency, process, and standardization to the organization and as such, will work alongside each of and interact with leaders across Lenovo France globally. In the role of the Executive Assistant, you must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :

  • Organizational Alignment: Run recurring strategic and operational meetings, interlocks with BUs, staff meetings, business reviews, management quarterly offsite, to ensure shared context, awareness, alignment and well as tracking and execution of actions. . Directly responsible for overall planning and execution of programs, including end-to-end logistics, working with the Site Leader and the General Manager to determine objectives and theme, working with the management team to collect and prepare content, support delivery, and solicit and organize employee feedback for areas of improvement.

  • Program Management: Orchestrate overall internal program execution in collaboration with individual product/services/project managers. Consistently follow-through with management and all stakeholders. Identify risks to project execution and effectively manage those risks; proactively raise prioritization and scheduling tradeoff decisions, and escalating and identifying alternate options as appropriate. Be prepared to step in and actively project manage top level initiatives where needed.

  • Organizational Health: Ensure management team is setting effective goals, communicating with clarity and transparency to the organization and taking effective action on team culture topics. Could include but is not limited to team surveys, training, communication, etc.

  • Communication & Reporting: Handle internal and external communications for Site Leader and General Manager together with Comms team, manage internal events : broadcasts, all staff meeting including catering.

  • Administrative assistance: Manage the executives' calendar, expenses, travels, signatures, internal tools with prioritization.

What are we expecting from you?

  • 3-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant or Sales department support

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Ability to work with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong sense ofconfidentiality

  • Reactivity, facilitation, negotiation

  • Communication and collaboration skills

  • Business oriented
