Job Summary

Altice / A4 Sales is looking for their next advertising sales superstar. We have outstanding cross platform marketing solutions (Cable TV, Digital, and Mobile) that help local business reach a huge local audience of consumers and drive results. We are looking for the best advertising sales professional to bring these marketing solutions to more businesses to help them grow and thrive. Responsibilities

Using a consultative approach, you'll meet with local businesses key decision makers, determine their needs and develop advertising solutions using our ever-evolving suite of Cable TV, Digital Video (OTT/ CTV), and Mobile solutions to fulfill those needs. You'll manage all aspects of your clients' accounts - from proposal through production and campaign activation. You must be highly motivated; customer focused and be an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of successful media sales or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales funnel.
  • Proven track record of Business development and achieving Quotas.
  • Experienced in consultative selling, needs analysis, and relationship building
  • Adept at finding prospects and cold calling.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Achieving and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals.
  • Time and process management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards and auto insurance.
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Base + Monthly commission.
  • Quarterly and Annual bonus opportunities, which raise earnings potential over and above the positions targeted earnings.
  • Generous T&E reimbursement for most of out of pocket business related expenses including phone and mileage.
  • Full-time in office not required. Work from home available improving work/life balance.
  • Ability to sell EXCLUSIVE News 12 TV inventory in the NY market.
  • First in class sales support team to assist with AE's with all back office operations.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $35,000.00-$35,000.00/ year.
