The opportunity

Providing planning support to required testing with the resources available within Quality Control to meet supply chain and internal customer demands. Interface with business/supply chain on delivery dates, etc. Scheduling and planning. Providing support to QC Manager and QC Supervisors to monitor all activities executed in QC laboratories to assure compliance to cGMP, policies and regulations, and meeting time line for commitments and projects

How you’ll spend your day

  • Supports the QC Supervisor in providing analytical testing on time, analytical investigations, Change Control management and CAPAs implementation

  • Ensures compliance to site level procedures and demonstrates a solid understanding of Divisional policies and Corporate standards by promptly communicating and addressing noncompliance issues as appropriate, Ensures compliance to data integrity, Supports the performance and resolution of complex investigations for deviations and complaints

  • Supports and collaborates with QC Manager and Compliance to assess regulatory compliance status of the QC Laboratory

  • Monitoring and/or reviewing/revising and implementing (including risk assessment and impact assessment) items required by Pharmacopoeias Compendia Updates

  • Supports as quality control interface with internal and external customers when dealing with activities such as QTAs, supplier qualification, issue resolution, complaints, product information, customers’ specification

  • Follow up on projects' status, and monitor the activities done.

Replacement for maternity leave

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering -Must

  • 1-2 years of experience as a planner- Advantage

  • Work experience in Quality Control or related field - Advantage

  • Ability to work cross-functionally

  • People management

  • Strong Change Management capabilities

  • Strong Project Management capabilities

  • Familiarity with Quality IT Systems: i.e. TrackWise, LIMS, Empower 3 - Advantage

  • Proficient English
