As a Staff Technical Product Manager (Testing Product Family), you will focus on the evaluation, design, development, Implementation and optimization of software testing products. You will team up with various GEHC groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital outcomes for our internal customers along with solutions that will shape overall testing product strategy.

In this role, you will design and deliver best-in-class solutions using internal and external resources in the Enterprise Application landscape with primary focus on testing products like UFT, ALM, LoadRunner, Selenium & UI Path. Additionally, you will work with cross functional & IT teams to design simplified testing landscape for GEHC with focus on product rationalization.

You will be the Techno Functional liaison for key digital stakeholders, including key internal customer contacts, Product Managers, Project Managers and Technical Consultants to drive the timely and successful delivery of the final solution.

This role will require to develop ideas and suggestion in cooperation with our product partners and internal stakeholders. As part of the relationship management, you will also manage the vendor relationship for aligned technologies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead testing product manager focusing on testing planning, design, strategy and implementation of testing products across enterprise applications.

• Define the strategic direction for testing products within the family, aligning with organization goals.

• Design and maintain the automated test scripts using testing tools like UFT, LoadRunner, ALM, Selenium & UI Path to improve process efficiency.

• Create a framework for Logging, documenting, and managing testing defects or bugs for SaaS/On-prem software products and custom tools.

• Own product family license management and testing architecture design discussion with cross functional Digital & IT teams.

• Manage Stakeholder Communication and gather feedback.

• Lead & Support migration of testing products from legacy hosting location to Cloud platforms with help of migration team & product vendors.

• Manage and maintain test data and test cases for applications via tools like ALM.

• Lead and facilitate performance testing for existing and newly developed software products.

• Work closely with cyber security & App Security teams to address identified vulnerabilities and risks during testing.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation via tools like Confluence.

• Create "to-be" Solutions & testing process designs with emphasis on technical product roadmap for testing products and product portfolio simplification.

• Work closely with GEHC IT leadership & transformation team to create testing technology roadmap.

• Work closely with technology vendors as relationship liaison to assess, evaluate and incorporate latest advancements in Testing products.

• Work closely with Digital Segment Product testing teams & IT (Trade Compliance leaders, Transportation management business teams, ERP) teams to understand existing business process which will help test case design.

• Translate functional business needs to technical design requirements by understanding the business language and the technical specs.

• Lead proof of concept exercises.

• Collaborate closely with other architects and peers across the organization to leverage knowledge, other solutions, and best practice.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience working in testing or techno/functional role

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Design, Development and Execution of automated test scripts & manual testing

• Proficiency and in-depth technical expertise in Testing Frameworks & Technologies.

• Knowledge and understanding of UFT, LoadRunner, ALM, Selenium and UI Path.

• Hands on expertise in writing the automation test scripts in programing or scripting languages.

• Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of testing frameworks for web based applications. (SaaS or On-prem)

• Leadership and influence skills to define the product implementation & overall testing strategy.

• Ability to mentor team members.

• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Be independent and self-driven.

• Proficiency with software development standard methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean)

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English

• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in testing technologies

• Knowledge of AI/ML based automation testing.

• Experience in low-code or no-code GUI testing products.

• External 3rd-party integrations for testing.

• Experience with other programming languages and technologies such as Python, Angular or similar.

• Master’s degree in computer science or related fields.

• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

• Leading the changes as a technology ambassador.

• Aggregation of disparate data among multiple systems

• Proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams

• Track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes

• Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing contractors.

• Wexperience in Automation Testing , UFT, ALM, LoadRunner, Selenium, and Ui Path will be a plus. Understanding of Logistics Products like OTM or in general supply chain technologies will be big value add.
