Join our Smart Infrastructure Grid Software Control Operation Business Unit as a Project Manager for Small Projects and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.

"The Project Manager is the entrepreneurs for his project: In the sales phase, he transforms customer needs into a feasible solution. Once the project is awarded, he implements this solution in the execution phase, satisfying the customer and striving for a lasting relationship. A frame condition to achieve this within the agreed targets is the empowerment by Business Manager".

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget,

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed.

• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

• Perform risk management to minimize project

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Additionally:

• Processes optimizing and / or new documenting, writing

• Financial activities supporting

• Other supports

Job requires willingness and possibilities for frequent travel insite Kuwait and abroad.

Project Management Certification is required for Small Projects or good experience

Languages: Best in class and English in written and spoken. German would be an advantage.

Tools: SAP / Project Scheduling / Microsoft Office
