Finastra is seeking an experienced leader to run Identity & Access Management as part of the Global Information Security organization. The position will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and would ideally be located in either Atlanta, GA or Lake Mary, FL. As a leader within the Information Security organization, the Director of Identity & Access Management will build and maintain an enterprise wide program through the development and communication of a clear roadmap for long-term success balanced with short-term priorities. The position will also contribute to the broader information security strategy through collaboration and feedback with other leaders across the organization.
Job Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Leading a globally distributed team of Identity & Access Management professionals; providing clear direction on design and implementation of automated Identity & Access Management / Governance tools.
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen.
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Communicate effectively with Executive Leadership Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
3 - 5 years leadership experience.
Supervision and development of staff on multiple projects, and communications with executives.
Experience designing and implementing Identity Management products.
Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats.
Collaboration with both technical and non-technical resources.
Certification(s) Preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), certifications with Identity Management products.
