JOB REQUIREMENTS: Unified Communications Associate Engineer - 31042 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm plus an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation. We are seeking a Unified Communications Associate Engineer to: * Build, configure, and support the various unified communications solutions including IP telephony, voice mail, video conferencing, web conferencing, and instant messaging. * Assist with the development of initiatives by working directly with clinical and operational personnel to implement services. * Identify opportunities, provide recommendations and alternative methods to enhance the patient and family experience, and improve cost efficiencies, performance, and productivity. Preferred - A bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred. Work Experience : Minimum - Demonstrated success in troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems in technology Preferred - * One year of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting. * Two years of relevant experience in IT, Business Operations, Project Management, Analytics, or Monitoring.
