Key Responsibilities-Responsible for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment & processes used in the production of medical device and consumer product finished goods | Ownership of Manufacturing Systems and Processes to support the Manufacturing Operation |Responsible for the safety of all technicians | Drive culture that reflects the Company's Safety Values in all daily work | Operate in compliance with all Safe Practices & SOP's | Responsible for delivering all Product Quality Requirements and defined for Class 1 Medical Devices | Responsible for performing Cil's and assisting with PM's as scheduled | Completion and adherence to all Quality SOP's and GMP's | Maintain and cultivate a Quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment | Meet or exceed Business Performance Targets for Production, Process Reliability, & Scrap | Responsible for the staging area accuracy and organization | Other duties as deemed necessary. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for Success-Manufacturing Experience preferred | Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience preferred | Ability to work with a team and individually | Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and MRP Systems | Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work Environment/Physical Demands-While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a warehouse/manufacture setting | While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms | The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
