Your Day-to-Day
Manage leads assignment to Customer Service team and monitor LMS/ZOHO reporting
Coordinate with CARSOME Consultants on confirmed client appointments checking vehicle location and logistics
Handle trade-in accounts, pricing and negotiation
Communicate with financial institutions and external parties regarding financing, insurance and extended warranty of accounts
Process loan and finance documents for approval by financing institutions
Input vehicle sales, payment details and customer information into CARSOME
Management System
Prepare customer sales contracts and other related paperwork
Assist deliveries by providing customer service through document signing, cash receiving and issuance of receipt
Maintain accurate sales records, insurance and extended warranty enrolments for submission
Prepare payment requests for external parties (insurance and extended warranty providers), and record receivables from proceeds of loan and dealer incentives
Organize filing of sales contracts and other documents, send out completed ownership transfer and other aftersales paperworks to customers
Provide administrative and after sales support to the sales team as needed
