Skills and Experience:

  • Must haves:

  • Expert in designing the application from napkin drawings to responsive sliced UI using HTML5, (OO)CSS, Skins, SASS or LESS

  • Practical experience in designing applications from a customer point of view.

  • Expert in creating wireframe using mocking tools like Axure or InVision

  • Expert in leading design sessions with product owners, business and architects.

  • Experience in basic Javascript and jQuery.

  • Comfortable learning through self-study and working with new technologies and concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good to haves:

  • Experience in Angular JS (or similar framework) and SPA architecture.

  • Experience in consuming REST APIs, Microservices

  • Experience in creating accessible web and mobile applications.

  • Exposure to and understanding of Agile scrum methodologies and experience of working in an Agile team.

  • Basic understanding of following will be useful but not required:

  • Exposure to and understanding of Authentication & Authorization: Auth0, JWT, OWIN

  • Exposure to and understanding of Node JS and NPM

  • Exposure to and understanding of Ionic, Kony, Xamarin or Cordova (or similar hybrid mobile app frameworks)

  • Exposure unit and automated tests for front-end portion of the application using any framework.

  • Basic understanding of Protractor, Browsers stack, Karma, Selenium, JMeter, Blaze meter

  • Exposure to and basic understanding of SAAS software products.

  • Exposure to and basic understanding of collaboration tools like Slack, Eclipse, Visual Studio Services, InVision, Skype
