Here, you will make an impact by:Participating to the deployment of ERP systems across AMERIC countries , ensuring proper preparation phase and country readinessDriving Cutover preparation and Execution for Countries and functions across AMERICA to ensure smooth execution of the ERP deployment roadmap.Lead on Change Management activities with Area functions, business teams and the IT team, ensuring effective communication, change acceptanceContribute to define best practices for ERP Deployment and user training to ensure a consistent and efficient implementation processYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university AND seven (7) years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP Technologies in a private, public, government or military environmentIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years Project Management in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven Experience in Project ManagementProven Experience for deploying ERP a private, public, government or military environmentAbility to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple organizational layers and geographiesProven ability to successfully influence, negotiate and resolve conflictsStrong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results in both in person and remote work environmentsStrong Change management , communication skills, Business and process acumen, and analytical SkillsPrior experience driving results as a Green Belt, Black Belt and/or Project ManagerWork location:HybridTravel: May include up to 30% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you liv your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
