Here, you will make an impact by:Lead engagement planning and scoping activities, working directly with senior leaders to oversee the execution of all phases of the Quality System audit process including risk assessment, post market compliance, CAPA, validation and process controls as well as management activities and all elements of global medical device and drug compliance related to Solventum design and production.Develop strong knowledge of functional and company strategies & processes and collaborate closely with key leadership and stakeholders.Conduct scheduled audits for the year, work with auditees to avoid repeat audit comments, ensure audit management action plans are closed completely and on time and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented for issues.Coordinate with other internal and external risk management functions to minimize duplication of efforts and to ensure issues raised as a result of reviews are appropriately addressed and closed.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, the following minimum qualifications are required:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of experience of internal audit (preferably with a large company)ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environmentThree (3) years of previous regulatory and/or quality experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience managing FDA and Notified Body audits within a complex medical device operational model in a private, public, government or military environment.Demonstrated ability to plan and execute independent internal audits to ensure corrective and preventive action is meeting corporate and country regulatory requirements.Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.Experience using governance/security/risk management frameworks highly desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and data for routine oper tional needs.Work location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 25% domestic/international.Relocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
