Outside Marketing Representative - Marietta GA

FULL-Time OR PART-Time POSITION

$15.00 hourly with an earning potential of $45,000-$55,000/YEARLY or MORE with UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS

The driving force of the Marketing Department is ourOutside Marketing Representatives.

Outside Marketing Representatives provide the first interaction with a homeowner.

High Energy, Strong face to face communication skills, the ability to learn our sales techniques, in addition to being able to stand or walk 8 hours a day!

Outside Marketing Representatives canvass neighborhoods in a team. They will utilize face to face communication skills to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our company's sales team. This is an entry level position that will allow you to acquire many transferable skills and allow you to grow your current skill set. Outdoor Marketing Team Members are brought in with the expectation of eventually promoting to Team Leader and then Marketing Manager. A valid driver's license is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a professional outside sales consultant, you ll be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will refine your communication skills and negotiation tactics to excel in this role. To set you up for success, our digital marketing teams supply you with pre-qualified leads. We do the legwork You do not have to generate your own clients. We'll train you well and give you the support that you need to grow. We will train you thoroughly and quickly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Learn our primary product lines, presentations, and negotiation skills
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
• Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
• Promote company products and services
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
• Provide best-in-class customer service
• Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Positivity, Flexibility, Determination, and a persuasive personality
• Previous Experience in outside sales or sales in the following industries: car sales, HVAC, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B@C sales are a plus!
• Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation, and Self-Discipline
• An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Approachable demeanor
• Valid driver's License and a reliable vehicle
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
