You will learn about metal fabricating from the ground up. Multiple career paths are available including running highly automated machines and welding. Must have minimum of a high school diploma or GED - 2 year technical Diploma and/or equivalent work experience a PLUS Must be proficient in basic math including fractions and decimals. Capable of reaching, bending, and good eye, hand, foot coordination are all necessary. Must be an energetic self-starter and have a strong sense of urgency; and capable of following tasks through to completion Must be self-disciplined, highly organized, goal-oriented Must possess the ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
