IQVIA Project Management Analyst, Real World Solutions in Mexico City, Mexico

Job Overview

Project Management Analysts (PMA) are integral to the delivery of real-world evidence and solutions, working with teams to expedite the application of data-driven insights. The PMA collaborates with the Project Leader (PL) to manage project activities, control costs, mitigate risks, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

  • Manage performance dashboards and analyze event triggers/alerts for PL action.

  • Coordinate project schedule and key milestones with PL.

  • Support risk and issue management process.

  • Oversee Project Finances including monthly expenses and reconciliation.

  • Ensure compliance with Vendor and Purchase Order (PO) Management process.

  • Maintain baseline and change control processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related field with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of real-world evidence and solutions is good to have.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Advanced level of English.
