Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and maintaining efficient office operations.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Manage all incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.

• Take accurate messages and promptly relay them to the intended recipients.

• Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression of our company.

• Coordinate conference room bookings and assist with travel arrangements for staff as needed.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date calendars for meetings, appointments, and events.

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.

  Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in basic computer skills is essential for this role.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

• Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

• Strong skills in managing incoming phone calls and handling multiple tasks simultaneously are required.

• Experience with multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
