We are currently seeking a Global Service Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation activities to exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work cross-departmentally, drive initiatives, and achieve company goals through networking and teamwork. This role requires a tactical focus and close collaboration with service product managers, service operations, the business units, commercial sales, and peers within and outside the Global Service Organization to launch and support new service products.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively designing, planning and executing initiatives and product launches to support demand generation through owning global campaigns and other funnel-fill touchpoints along the customer journey (digital channels, webpage, events, etc.) that ultimately results in revenue growth.

  • Defining and executing activities to promote business expansion within existing and new customers, increasing brand awareness and customer retention.

  • Executing tactics through traditional and digital channels including website, email, social media, trade shows, and webinars to promote service products in the most appropriate market segments.

  • Managing digital customer-facing material, service website improvements, landing page content, tracking for customer engagement, and supporting regionalization of global marketing materials and collaterals to meet country-specific needs.

  • Supporting Service Sales enablement activities and articulating technical content into meaningful customer messaging. Lead offer optimization and consolidation project on a global scale. Lead the evolution of Service e-commerce platform including the commercialization of service offerings through the website.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience

  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industries.

  • A proven track record in product launch planning.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, scientific journals, technical procedures, and regulatory regulations.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

  • Previous experience in Service Solutions is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
