We are looking for a Project and service agreement manager to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area.

Your Challenge

As a Senior Project Manager your mission will be to plan, execute, and complete projects within defined parameters, ensuring success by coordinating teams, managing resources, and delivering results that meet client expectations.

Some of the main activities will be:

  • Customer satisfaction,

  • Management of penalties/claims,

  • Obtaining contract variants and technical/administrative closure of the same.

  • To perform and manage project risk analysis,

  • To monitor project milestones and adherence to budgets and initiate actions to minimize non-compliance costs,

  • To clarify customer objectives and requirements and/or project specifications based on bid documentation and customer order.

  • To coordinate overall project planning and decide on resource allocation by monitoring work progress.

  • To organize project meetings and be responsible for communication to the customer and stakeholders.

  • To be responsible for the management and motivation of the project team by ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources, based on their competence and seniority

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Proven experience in Project Management

  • Background of Automation Systems and technical aspects focused on Building Automation;

  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety management systems;

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills; Time management skills as well;

  • Available for business travel;

  • Willingness to undertake frequent business trips nationally and sometimes internationally;

  • Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;

  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage changes in priorities and solve problems;

  • Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies;

  • Eligibility to work in Italy
