Job Description

A company in the New Albany, OH area is looking for a Project Manager who will be helping with Data Centers being built in the area. At the Data Centers they will be implementing security cameras, access control doors -- could entail mantraps, IP Video. This person will be attending early morning safety meetings, and the majority of the day looking at locations starting in the next 2-3 days, monitoring projects of subcontractors. This Project Manager will be responsible for direction on where to go for the day, and prioritizing the tasks for the day. They will have a team of 6-8 people to direct. This person will also be responsible for reporting completion of the job and change form requests.

Skills and Requirements

• PMP Certification

    * OSHA 30

    * Construction Project background

    * Project management experience on larger construction projects (years length time, 5M+)

MS project (for scheduling) * Smart sheet (for reports -- entering in data)

  * Préférable new constructions

• AutoCAD null
